How do I place an order?

Choose a product, check the size and options, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, address and phone number, and place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your parcel arrives, so you do not need to pay online.

Do I need an account to order?

You can create an account to follow your orders, and you can also check out with the details you enter at checkout.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

The delivery charge is Rs. 250.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver in 2 to 3 working days. You can read more on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can ask for a return within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the steps.

What should I do if my item is damaged or wrong?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging, and we will help you.

Wall stickers

How do I apply a wall sticker?

Clean and dry the wall, peel the backing paper slowly, press the sticker on from one edge to the other, smooth out air bubbles and peel off the transfer film slowly. Our wall sticker instructions page explains each step.

Which walls are best for wall stickers?

Smooth, clean, dry and painted walls give the best result. Rough, dusty, damp or peeling walls reduce how well a sticker holds.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the wall space first and compare it with the size on the product page. Leave some empty wall around the design so it stands out.

Which colour should I choose?

Choose a colour that contrasts with your wall. Black stickers look good on light walls, and white stickers look good on dark walls. See our black wall stickers and white wall stickers.

Can I remove a wall sticker later?

Many stickers peel off smooth, well-painted walls, but the result depends on the paint and the surface. Test a hidden area first and peel slowly.
