Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your wall stickers and home decoration items from INAM Bazaar. If something is not right with your order, you can ask for a return within 7 working days.

Return period

You can request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to request a return

1. Contact us within 7 working days through our Contact Us page, our Facebook page or our Instagram page.
2. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return.
3. If the item is damaged, wrong or faulty, send clear photos of the product and the packaging.
4. We will review your request and tell you the next steps.

Condition of returned items

Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging while you request a return. Wall stickers cannot be reused once they have been stuck on a wall, so please check the size and design carefully before you apply them.

Refunds and replacements

After we receive and check the returned item, we will confirm whether we will replace it or refund you. We will tell you how and when this will happen when you contact us.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us as soon as possible and within 7 working days, with photos so we can solve the problem quickly.
